About this product
The TC-SM 2131/2 Dual is a drag, crosscut and mitre saw for cutting wood, laminated panels and plastic. The saw head can be tilted to the left and right for high flexibility in setting mitres on two sides. An integrated laser marks the cutting line, enabling the workpiece to be positioned quickly and exactly. The turntable comes with an exact angle adjustment facility for angular cuts which can be latched in various positions. The drag function enables you to cut particularly wide workpieces. The sawdust bag keeps the workplace clean.

A GREAT MITRE SAW FOR A GREAT PRICE.
As a first time user of a mitre saw I don't have knowledge of a previous one to compare it with. However I can say I found it very easy to use and was very pleased with the results. It is really sturdy and has an expensive feel to it certainly not a usual budget machine feel. All the components worked really and I was surprised and pleased with how much sawdust was sucked into the collection bag. I think this is a great mitre saw at a great price.

Accurate cuts, straight out of the box
Purchased for a composite decking project, where I needed accurate mitres to "picture frame" the deck and facia. The ability to cross cut >145mm was a must. The preset angles were spot on, straight out of the box, quick and easy to change. The laser guide is accurate but invisible in sunlight. The dust bag gets blocked very easily but that might have been due to the composite, which makes a lot of light, fluffy swarf. Overall very pleased that I bought this saw and I wish I'd got one years ago.
