The 27-inch KA272 Monitor from Acer is ideal for home or office use with sharp detail, a fast refresh rate and Acer's eye protection technologies. The screen has a Full HD resolution of 1920 x 1080 for plenty of sharp detail, further accentuated by the slim bezels. It also supports a refresh rate of 100Hz as well as AMD FreeSync, which work to minimise blurring, tearing and other visual artefacts.
Additionally, the KA272 features Acer's VisionCare suite of technologies that reduce blue light & flickering to help minimise eye strain and fatigue.

If you mount it on a bracket vertically then yes, theres no reason why not. Rotating the image is an Operating System function which most modern OS support

From the information we have available this Acer KA272 27 Inch 100Hz FHD Monitor has a HDMI and VGA port. if you connect your PC/laptop via the VGA port, you could theatrically plug a soundbar into the HDMI port.
But other than those 2 port there is no audio port to connect speakers to this monitor.
