Introducing Shark's best cleaning Robot Vacuum & Mop with NeverStuck Technology. This 2-in-1 robot deep cleans all floor types with intelligent cleaning technologies, then returns to the base to automatically empty dirt and debris, and refill with clean water, so it's always ready for the next run. Self-Refills: When the robot returns to the base, the base automatically refills the robot's tank with clean water. The tank holds 1.7L of water for up to 4000 sq. Ft. Of mopping coverage – that's enough clean water for up to 30 days.
Self-Empties: After every vacuuming run, the robot returns to the base and empties its on-board dust bin. The bagless base holds dirt and debris for up to 30 days, with Anti-Allergen Complete Seal to trap dust & allergens.
Pad Dry: The base automatically dries the mop pad when your robot returns after a mopping session. Seamlessly switch between wet and dry cleaning – the robot automatically picks up and drops off the mopping pad at the base, hands-free.
PowerDetect Cleaning Technology: Optimises every clean, detecting and reacting to your home and avoiding obstacles to ensure the robot always finishes the job. Dirt Detect, Edge Detect, Floor Detect, Stain Mode and Wet Edge Detect.
NeverStuck Technology: Actively lifts and lowers to manoeuvre over obstacles, across thresholds, and easily avoid getting stuck. In Mopping Mode it also lifts up to keep the wet mop pad off your carpets and rugs.

Is not that great like everyone talks
Definitely is a good gadget to have around the house but is not 100% necessarily. Yes is ok if you don’t have time to hover your house but is not the best. I know many will say how wonderful it is but let's be honest, if you take 15min to clean your house by yourself the outcome is better. Plus like any other technology devices out there there are errors... Yes I would recommend this product for those that have no time at all to clean their house by themselves or for lazy people.

Very Good: Vacuum and mops well hard floors
I had this for about two weeks and I am very pleased with it. The dock automatically empties the robot’s dust bin, refills the clean water and dries the pad ensuring hygiene and convenience. The downside is that I am unable to use this on a different floor and that the suction power is not as good as other vacuums.

Disappointing Robot
Very disappointed, having used a completely different make for over 3 years, its death was an act of God, I thought I would buy a all sing and dancing Shark product, but Jawshua lacks suction, gets confused with door thresholds and refuses to mop, its map feature is great, it knows about stairs, it just doesn't clean my carpets and only mops occasional when I watch over it,

Amazing
Easy to set up, I don’t know how I managed without it. Amazing machine. Simple app, schedule facility is great just set the time snd forget about it, I have tiles right through kitchen, dining and hallway and carpet in the lounge.

A helpful addition to my cleaning routine.
This robot vacuum is fairly good. It's certainly not made to be the main vacuum if you have multiple rooms and a mix of hard floors, rugs and carpets. I use this downstairs where the majority of my floors are hard. I have pets so it helps me to keep on top of cleaning. I was suprised how much it still picks up so that's a big plus point. It mops, albeit it's not going to replace my main moping routine. Plus points: - being able to schedule cleaning routines - reasonable suction - self empties in the dock, so you don't have to empty it every use - holds alot of water, again means you don't have to fill it after every use - self cleans and dries the mop head - has replacement pads/brush - rarely gets stuck - climbs when there are different levels with hard floor and rugs - can set no go zones - not noisy (only the emptying of the dust is for a few seconds) - links to alexa etc (but not tried that yet) - pets are not scared of it - when it bashes into things, it's gentle and springs back, so nothing gets damaged Needs improvement - takes a while to map out your floor - although it adds new areas as it finds them, you cannot add an extra room to the plan without starting from scratch - even though the floor layout is mapped, it misses some bits out (not sure why) - needs to be placed where there is space else struggles to dock (it's fairly large) - you can only schedule 2 routines a day - personally I would like more, particularly for individual rooms - you cannot set a schedule to mop and vacuum by room - it only does it for the whole floor, however it does let you do a mop OR a vacuum by room - I have to keep my doors closed between rooms, so bare that in mind when scheduling jobs - in some cases, where I have thin rugs it does get onto the rug eventually but will flip the corner and edges over - It's' not the fastest machine, so expect it to go on for a bit Although I have a bit of a list of negatives, they are just niggles and does not change my view of purchasing the item. It's a smart piece of kit and certainly helps me to keep on top of my cleaning.
