My first Ring door bell
The doorbell and video was easy to set up and install. You can use without a Ring subscription but for all the functionality you need to pay for additional subscription. Video quality ok but not great in the dark. Battery life seems to be around 6 weeks between charges.

Battery, this accessory is not compatible with the Ring Battery Video Doorbell Venetian Bronze. It is designed exclusively for use with the Ring Battery Video Doorbell Plus and Ring Battery Video Doorbell Pro models.
The Ring Battery Video Doorbell Venetian Bronze features a built-in rechargeable battery that cannot be removed. To recharge, simply use the included USB-C cable when the battery becomes low.

The Ring Battery Video Doorbell comes with an internal fitted re-chargeable battery that cannot be removed and a USB cable to charge.
To re-charge your doorbell, first remove the doorbell from its mounting bracket by loosening the two security screws at the bottom with the included screwdriver. Next, connect the doorbell to a power source using the provided USB cable and a USB power adapter. Finally, reattach the doorbell to the bracket and tighten the security screws to secure it.
