About this product
- Good news! We offer a Mattress Recycling Service saving you the hassle of taking your old one to the tip or recycling centre. It works like this. On delivery day our team will arrive with your new mattress plus they'll bring a bag so they can take away your old mattress at the same time. And it doesn't matter if your old mattress is a different size to your new one, we'll still collect it. What's more, our team will pick it up from any room you choose.
- Here are some important points. This service only applies to selected mattresses. And it's available for selected postcodes only, through the large item home delivery service. Also, our Mattress Recycling Service doesn't apply if buying a bed. Business customers are excluded from this offer. Offer applies to UK & Northern Ireland only (not available in ROI). This service is not available on mattresses available to collect in store or via Fast Track home delivery.
Returns
If you want to return your product once it's been successfully delivered, a non-refundable collection charge of £30 will be applied, unless the product is faulty.

I can advise that the mattresses excluded from recycling are click and collect orders and rolled mattresses. When you add recycling to your order the driver will bring a bag with him for collection. The price is 30.00 per item and can only be added when purchasing a new mattress from ourselves.
