IMPOSSIBLE TO EXTRACT CUTTING BLADES FOR CLEANING
I will have to take this back as there is absolutely no way that the blades are removable for washing. Before trying it out I operated it without any ingredients but it was impossible to budge. I even got four young and fit men to try and they also failed to move it. It is certainly not suitable for an elderly person, and not even for a young man.

Great blender at a great price. I bought this mainly to make batches of smoothies. The capacity allows me to make 3 for the day, easily crushing ice, frozen fruits and veg. I was impressed with the consistency of the smoothies after blending for just 30 seconds or so. Easy to clean with a removable blade. Got it for just £20 after using the code RED20 voucher. Definitely recommend.

Good blender, but fiddly to set up
I bought this to replace a blender attachment to a food processor. The blender has good capacity and works well. Good speed and consistency of what was blended. It's a bit fiddly to set up as we had to have 3 goes at fitting the lid.
