Wow what a purchase I only wish I had purchased it sooner . I thought my floors were clean they are now thanks to this steam mop. And the hand held it’s amazing so many attachments and so many surfaces that I can clean with just steam !!!! Bought this to replace an old one that broke, love the look of seperate attachment to clean the oven and other useful areas, seems light wieght and easy to use and easy to store away. Good for hard surfaces and areas of busy traffic to keep clean amazing the dirt that comes away

Had the original version of this from years back and happy to say it's as good as ever. Very powerful, both mop and handheld. Looks cheap but is one of the best on the market. Have tried karcher, shark etc. All have fancy bells and whistles but the h20 is every bit as good, if not better. Easy to use, not very heavy, easy to manoeuvre. Really lifts the grime. Handy tip, buy extra microfibre cloths. I had major dirt to shift and threw some away after heavy use. The rest I just soak in bleach if very soiled. Everyday use fine just to wash.

Having checked the instructions, it advises the steamer is not suitable to be used on leather, wax-polished furniture or floors, unsealed hardwood or parquet floors, unglazed ceramic floors, synthetic fabrics, velvet or other delicate steam-sensitive materials.
It is advised to check with the Stone Floor manufacturer to confirm if the flooring is suitable for steam cleaning.
