Great washer features
I bought this washer when I moved into a bungalow. As there's just me, the size and capacity was ideal. The best feature is the money saving 15 minutes wash which still offers hygiene to personal items. The moisture content can be high on heavy clothes but a quick extra spin soon sorts that out. The washer offers versatility on different settings for different loads.

Easy to use
Bought a couple of weeks ago & so far very pleased with it. Especially the choice of lower temp options on the various washes. We find that the quick wash on 30 degrees is very efficient. Our only gripe, Just be a little more careful when pouring in liquid detergent due to the sides of the detergent drawer being a little low. Considering it's one of the lowest priced 7kg washing machines, it does the job well!

The machine run quietly compared to my old ones, and it clean clothes throughly. Even on shorter wash programs. I also like its model design ( bush) ,…it offers great value for money and does exactly what I need it to do.

Big Mistake
Bought machine 6th February 2026. On spinning the machine goes walk about. Adjusted the feet per instructions (done by my son) second time of use again vibrates and moves on spinning. I'm 76 years of age and cannot move machine back Big purchase mistake. Hotpoint never let me down over 11 years.
