It can be used, however the phone supports SDXC which is a slightly faster SD card so will work with the phone more efficiently.

It's possible, but you wont be able to run them from this due to it only being SDHC, you would need a SDXC to support running.

The SanDisk Blue Micro SDHC 32GB card does work with many doorbell cameras. Not all video doorbell's have MicroSD card slots, some put the data/video's onto their cloud storage site.
As long as the camera supports SDHC cards and the 32GB capacity this will work.
