After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the MINTiD Dog-E Interactive Robot Dog: Customers can use Dog-E without the app. The manual shows all the interactions available without the app.

No, the MINTiD Dog-E Interactive Robot Dog does not respond to voice commands, actions are controlled through the APP on your IOS or Android phone.

No it's not compatible. "The Mintid E-Dog is compatible with Apple or Android platforms only."
