Life saver.
Purchased due to period cramp pain, lower back pain and discomfort. This product works really well, helps ease any pain. Heats up well & charges quickly. It’s comfortable to wear & can be hidden well under clothing. Bonus is that it comes with its own silk pouch, so can be put away without being damaged or scratched. I’ve recommended it to lots of friends so far. It’s also helped my fiancé when he’s had bad lower back/pulled muscle. 10/10.

Fantastic help to relieve IBS stomach pain
I suffer bad with severe pain in adomine which I been told by GP is IBS. I bought this in hope it may help and its been remarkable. If I feel my stomach pain is starting, I switch it on the the first setting of warmth and vibrate (there are 3 settings, 3 for warmth, 3 for vibrate.) I wear it under my jumper and just turn on, even when out, or adjust to sit over area of pain. I have not had to take any painkillers since buying this, quality for money item. I just wish it was around when I was younger and experienced such painful periods.

Small device but powerful effect
Bought mainly for my daughter who has incredibly painful periods. She has confirmed it really did help her especially as she can wear it anywhere. I've also used it for neck and shoulder pain and it's helped that too.

Great and Discreet
I bought this last month to help with stomach pains, and I found it is really helpful and a better option than using a hot water bottle. The different features including different levels to combat the stomach pains is a great feature. Able to wear it when in the house and out of the house due to the adjustable waist strap. Although slightly bulky it is discreet when wearing a dress, baggy shirt, jumper etc.

Great product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This heat and vibration belt is lightweight and adjustable making it easy to wear. The heat kicks in straight away when you turn it on and the vibration especially on the top level is pretty strong. Would definitely recommend this product

Every home needs one
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I own a Homedics heat pad so I was intrigued to try this product, and it just as good if not better. I suffer from chronic back pain and I was wondering how this product would work. The pad itself has a soft fleecy covering and a wide elastic belt with Velcro fastener. It was large enough to cover my entire lower back. The cable of the Homedics heat belt has a sliding on/off switch with 6 heating levels. I found it very comfortable to wear although I was restricted moving about because of the power cable. The heat pad was warm within seconds of switching it on and had a good constant heat. After 90mins the heat pad automatically switches off but is easily reset by sliding the switch off and on again. The Homedics wearable heat pad is ideal for lower back pain but the best use I found was for helping ease my daughter’s period pains. The heat pad acts like a hot water bottle but is so much more effective as the heat can be controlled, and depending on how the heat pad is worn it can ease cramps in the back or in the abdomen. All 3 of my daughters used this product and they all said how great it was. The heat pad has now replaced the hot water bottle for this use in our house as the girls continue to use it. The only negative thing about this product is you can only move as far as the cable allows. Otherwise I would highly recommend this product.

Buy for your teenager!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This would be perfect for newly teenagers going through periods for their first time. You can wear this anywhere at anytime. You can even garden wearing this. I like how the adjustable strap is stretchy too! Although when I put it on the smallest size, it doesn’t stay there, it gets undone. I also like how it’s timed to go off automatically after 30 minutes. I know some won’t enjoy that feature but it allows me to keep track on how long I’ve been using it and makes sure I don’t over use it. One thing I didn’t like was the vibrator. I thought I would as it could be used to distract you from cramps but it was just uncomfortable.

Comforting
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this. If you have a manageable amount of cramps/period pains, then this helps and is quite comforting but that's as far as it goes. The 3rd heat option can get quite warm, so be careful on your skin. Also used it for muscle pain on my partners shoulder which he said worked well to stop the pain at the time.

Great for that time of the month!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you suffer from pain at that time of the month this is so helpful! The heat offers soothing relief and the vibration targets the pain relief. This is also helpful if you suffer with lower back pain!
