Smart Cabinet Light
Bought and easily fitted two of these cabinet LED lights in the bedroom. Very low wattage. On mains supply, no transformer. Has three light settings, switched on the back, before fitting. We kept it on brightest daylight. Light part pops out of mount, so you can either sink it in, or keep on mount, as shown on the picture.

After contacting our suppliers they have advised for the Camber Lighting Stainless Steel LED Cabinet Light - Chrome.
This will depend really on where/how the products are installed.
If they are surface mounted under cabinets, then it’s likely the wires will be exposed and need to be retained against the mounting surface using tape or other fixing method.
If the products are recessed into cabinets, then the cables can be wired through the cavity and therefore be hidden from view. Please note that these products require a minimum void depth of 20mm.

Regarding the Camber Lighting Stainless Steel LED Cabinet Light - Chrome. This product is colour changing, meaning you can switch between warm white, cool white and daylight white by operating the switch on the back of the units.

"This product is mains voltage and doesn’t require a separate driver. It can be wired directly to the mains." As it's an item you'd hardwire in, it must be installed by a qualified electrician.
