Nice Dyson
Very easy to use, fairly light, not to noisy, picks up really easily especially cat hair, and being cordless it easy to handle. Easy to charge and snaps together nicely. One down side is the dust collector its a bit small. But otherwise would recommend

Very low battery life...40min never achieved...was told by dyson this was only if no motorised tools used...with motor floor tool was less than five minutes...max time I got on full charge with crevice tool was 15 min and the power pick up is dreadful..I may as well sweep the floor.. returned for credit

Best Dyson ever
This is one of the best Dyson vacuum cleaners I have ever owned the suction is great. The battery life lasts longer than it says filtration is one of the best manoeuverability gets around corners of an objects. I would recommend this Dyson to any and everyone even my friends.

I brought this about 3 weeks ago and I will never go back to my old one. The suction on this hoover is incredible and its make my carpet all fluffy and soft. I also use it to hoover sawdust off my dwarf hamster and he seems to love the suction.

Vacuum is fine, but Dyson will spam you constantly
Vacuum cleaner is fine, it's a vacuum cleaner, it vacuums things up and there's not much more to say about it. The 1 star is because Dyson continously bombards you with spam emails like it's 2003 - have you done this, have you tried this, what are your thoughts on this, please review your vacuums etc. I never signed up to receive these emails and have unsubscribed from them at least twice in the ~3 weeks since I bought the vacuum, but their unsubscribe system is either faulty or, more likely given that I never signed up in the first place, just spamming you regardless.

The battery needs charging before you can turn it on, having it plugged in and being used at the same time will damage the battery.

I can advise that the filter will need to be rinsed in cold water and left to dry at least once a month, to ensure you get the best performance out of your vacuum cleaner. More regular cleaning may be required if it is used very frequently.

Ive put my docking station under my stairs but I havent any power point nearby so charge it before putting Dyson sway.
