I bought this hoping it would be lighter than my old one and it is! Much easier to go around the house including upstairs and removing cobwebs from ceiling corners. Great suction too and the battery seems to last quite some time. Overall extremely happy with my purchase! Thank you Dyson!

So pleased with our Dyson. Actually does what it says on the tin. Does the whole house without recharging. Holding the start button while in use is also no problem for us. Lots of extra tools included. Absolutely fabulous…..

Have been using this for a few months now. Very good suction and versatility, lots of different heads that cived all the jobs.

Am happy with my new Dyson but its taken a while to get used to the angle I have to use it on carpet as very difficult to push or pull in upright position so have to lean and use the vacuum at lower angle even on the eco mode also disappointed that although two spaced on charging cradle for tools you cannot fit both in at same time 🤷♀️

Poor suction
Bought this to replace my Dyson animal and it's not a patch on it I'm afraid. It's very poor suction even on highest setting and very difficult to manoeuvre! I've had Dyson's since they first came out and this is by far worst one I've ever purchased. Very disappointed overall

I can advise that the filter will need to be rinsed in cold water and left to dry at least once a month, to ensure you get the best performance out of your vacuum cleaner. More regular cleaning may be required if it is used very frequently.

Ive put my docking station under my stairs but I havent any power point nearby so charge it before putting Dyson sway.
