Battery timing is rubbish
The battery does not last even 20 minutes. I contacted Dyson, and they informed me that they will send a replacement battery once it is back in stock. In the meantime, I will need to wait until it becomes available.

Only 1 star not because Dyson are rubbish I actually love Dyson I have many Dyson now and thought out my life and are absolutely brilliant and my number 1 go to for my floors I give it 1 star because I ordered though very and it broke within 2 days and the replacement time from very was rubbish

Great cleaner
I bought this cleaner a month ago I am really pleased wit it the attachments are great for a number of cleaning jobs. The performance is amazing and the boost button is really good. The manoeuvrability is handy. My only issue is the handle I have small hands and it’s difficult to keep the button pressed in and my knuckles get sore after using it I think I will need to buy a thick glove to use it.

Ive put my docking station under my stairs but I havent any power point nearby so charge it before putting Dyson sway.

Gee from Argos.. I believe this comes with a charging cable which you can feed through the docking station to hang on the wall therefore it can be charged using just the wire and without the docking station.

The battery does need to be charged using the docking station however, the docking station still works if it is plugged in but not fixed to the wall.
