The Skandi Deep Shelving Unit gives you open storage that keeps your living room organised and lets you show off the bits you love. There's proper space for books, photos, plants and all those everyday things you want within easy reach. The white and oak effect finish works with most room styles, while the sturdy melamine design stands up to daily use. It's got a fixed shelf that divides the unit into two handy storage areas, so you can separate larger items from smaller bits and pieces.
The open design means you can grab what you need without opening doors, really handy when you're rushing about. It gives you vertical storage without taking over the room. Wall-mounting fixings are included and must be used, that's important for stability and keeping it secure if you've got kids or pets around. Self-assembly with one person recommended, all the fixings and instructions are provided. Each shelf holds up to 5kg, so there's room for books, decorative items, or everyday essentials. Comes with a one-year guarantee from the manufacturer.

Perfect for vinyls
I bought this as an addition to the 9 square unit purchased a couple of years ago. Relatively easy to put together and once done it looks great and is perfect for storing 12” vinyl records, as well as books etc.

Poor Quality
Like some other recent buyers, I found this unit more difficult to assemble than it should have been. After some frustrations finally managed to get it built but it's not very stable. Overall pretty disappointing.

Frustrating
Purchased few weeks back & only just putting together, as decorating now complete. Couple of screws missing. Drill holes misaligned & whole thing rather wobbly, despite spending hours on it. Quite experienced with flat pack stuff but this was really frustrating.

I've just spent over an hour putting this together. One of the screws was broken (with no spares) and 6 of the holes were either too big or too small to accondate rhe screws. I'm now left with a wobbly unit. A waste of time and money.

Ideal
Bought this to go in an alcove to give us better storage for vinyls (and toys). Really pleased with it as it's a great fit, nice and solid, and provides good storage space. Comfortably fits boxes of size H33cm x W33xm x D37cm, and perfect size for LPs too.

Each internal shelf space measures H 33, W 33, D 39cm. Yes they would fit as I believe that LP vinyl records are 12" / 31.43.
