Dual cameras, double security. As well as seeing out, this doorbell allows you to monitor your doorstep for parcels. The doorbell includes both human and package detection in 2K HD. No Monthly Fee.

Bought this video doorbell because I didn't want to pay a subscription for recordings. I would definitely recommend to friends and family. Videos quality is great, i can clearly speak through my phone with anyone at the door and the movement notification are perfect as a security alert.

Runs out of battery power VERY quickly
I was recommended this make of doorbell. It is ok but runs out of power after fully charging the battery within 10 days. Irritating.

This non subscription doorbell and hub has proven to be extremely efficient and useful when we are away. We delete photos not required to reduce storage capacity. The range is good and imaging perfect. Sound quality is equally as good. Easy to set up.

Not bad, not good, just OK
Doesn't do continous recording. No pre-record on the motion detection, so you don't see the beginning of the detection. I just get the back end of a lot of cats just as they're walking out of frame. App is a bit slow. Picture is OK. Doorbell chime has a lag. Not fully compatible with Google home, cannot be set up to appear on your hub automatically when the bell is pressed. Probably wouldn't have bought this if I'd read my review first!

Easy to set up
I purchased this product about a month ago based on somebody recommending it. The door bell is amazing. 2 cameras one facing forward and the other on the ground covering parcel. Clear pictures. Easy to use and download notifications. Definitely recommend.

SUPERB Best Video Doorbell!
As a previous customer of another video doorbell, I bought this replacement and it is far more responsive, free recordings. It's amazing value!

Bought a second one for my mum.
Very pleased with this system, which works very well. Easy to fit and use, once you get used to the app, which isn’t entirely intuitive. Video recording is very clear. Only complaint is that the volume from speaker on the doorbell doesn’t seem to be adjustable and it’s not very loud- we live close to a busy road which is quite noisy, so it can be difficult to hear. It can take a while to find your phone and open the app to answer the doorbell- I suggest using the pre-recorded message system to say «please wait, we will answer shortly» or something similar.

The eufy Video Doorbell 2K Dual Camera with HomeBase 2 can be Installed in whichever method is best for your home - either hard wired or operated by battery. The battery is built in and cannot be replaced. You have to take the unit off the mounting to recharge.

According to Eufy you cannot take the battery out. Its built in. You have to remove it from the mounting to recharge the unit via usb cable. They tell me it takes about 3hrs if using a 5V 2A charger
