Average - tinny sound when streaming sport.
White lettering on silver keys! !!! This is ok at night when the room is dark and the keyboard is lit up and I can see which keys I am hitting. During the day, however, is another matter entirely. I have to continually tilt the keyboard in search of the key I am looking for as they cannot be seen. Speakers very tinny and not loud enough.

From the information we have available, I can confirm this Acer CP514-2H 14in i3 8GB 256GB Chromebook does not have word install. Only the Chrome OS software is pre-installed.
I can also confirm that there is a HD web camera built in to use of video in Teams etc.
