Disappointed with the heat level
I bought this as a spare hairdryer to leave at my partners house, and it doesn't seem to warm up at all. I've used BaByliss before so expected this to be of the same quality, but it wasn't. I had already discarded the packaging so wasn't able to simply return

Does the job
Bought this for the diffuser it’s ok and lightweight but not really hot enough so takes longer to dry your hair changing the parts are really awkward better to change them when the dryer is warm

The top heat is far too warm as it burns your ear/skin, lower heat not warm enough as takes too long to dry hair, it needs an inbetwern setting

No power
I bought this a few weeks back hoping it was just as powerful as my old Babyliss but I was wrong. The heat is warm but the wind power is terrible. Took me about 10/15 mins to dry my hair. I had to spend more money on a better hairdryer.
