Having recently loaned a belt sander off a friend I decided I needed one for myself for the odd DIY job, but didn’t want to spend too much money on it. This Guild sander ticks all the boxes. First impressions are good and I’m happy with my purchase. It comes with an additional exhaust connector that allows me to attach it to the Guild wet and dry vacuum that I have, which collects the sawdust when used together.

I bought this to sand down my wooden kitchen work surfaces, having tried palm sanders with little effect. This powerful sander did the job quickly. Be careful it doesn’t run away with you!!

Not the best I’ve ever used but definitely not the worse, for the price it’s excellent my Erbauer one broke in the middle of a job and I bought this one just tide me over. So far it’s been excellent coping well with m y next job and shows no sign of falling apart. A great little buy.

I regret buying this product because it does not do the job at all I bought this for my new house. To sand down walls, wood etc. and it just really disappointed me. I have bought a manual sander and it is way better. So I would not recommend this product. Also the belt on the sander came off after couple uses. Waste of money.
