A nice retro phone. Ideal for those who do not want, or cannot cope with a smartphone. Relatively easy to navigate. But, the centre button with the north south east west sub-buttons may be difficult for older users, or those hard of sight. That is the only downside really. The graphics and display are simple with the retro quality of phones of a bye gone age. We have two of these in the family, one for a couple of years. The battery life is good, so don’t worry if you forget to plug it in. The bluetooth will connect to the car etc. In short, cheap and cheerful. Reliable for making phone calls and little else.

The outside screen failed after only a few days, and showed only a white blob in a black surround. It was also difficult to impossible to open the phone without pressing the volume or SoS buttons. Didn't have enough use to assess sound quality. Returned it and bought a different phone.

To insert the nano SIM, put your fingernail in the small slot at the top of the phone, lift and remove the cover; If the battery is in the phone, lift it out; Slide the SIM card in the SIM card slot with the contact area face down.
