Works perfectly
Simple to set up with the hue app like all other hue bulbs and gives a soft, warm light. The filament isn’t really visible at full brightness but is very effective at 50% and below.

Overall very happy. But I noticed that at certain brightness levels it does flicker. Will see how it goes, if it continues will return as maybe a faulty lamp - as not experienced that with other Hue lamps.

Seeing the light
All bulbs should be Hue, they just work. This light is great for when ambiance is needed rather than shed loads of light. Great looker too

Expensive but great
Needed two of these for table lamps. They are not too bright and can be dimmed. Very simple to add these to an existing Hue bridge and they work perfectly. I did have a slight concern regarding integration with these being Bluetooth but no issues at all. Being Philips they are pricy which is the only downside but I couldn’t find similar that were dimmable, filament and Hue compatible.

I can confirm that this is the correct energy rating as per the 2021 change in the way electrical items are classed. The original rating was A under the previous system, however as the rating has change to make items more energy efficient it has been converted to a G in rating.

Hello there,
You will be able to however you will both need to have it set up in your app as you can't share the same logins. This is only able to be done if you are using the Bridge, where you can share the home with others the live in it.

In the App that you use to control these you can group them together to see them as one bulb, however Alexa doesn't see these groups as does Google Assistant. You would then need to group them again in the retrospective apps. The use of the Hue Bridge (Square 2.0 version) will help with this also.
