Lovely chair
Very sturdy, well made and looks good. It is quite firm but very comfortable. It was very easy to put together on my own.

Post sale service dreadful
I purchased a chair for my wife who is recovering from knee surgery. Had to drive a good distance to collect from a store. Once assembled, which took some time, I noticed a severe cosmetic issue on one of the show faces. 3 times I tried to contact customer services via chat - each time being fobbed off with nonsense. Each time I asked for copies of the transcripts of the chat - nothing. I can’t return the full item as my wife needs it for her recovery, I needed a part sending out to replace the faulty item. Just went round in circles with undelivered promises and no follow up.

I initially bought this chair to tied me over between my old settee and armchair being taken to the tip and me buying a new settee and armchair. It is a simple chair but it is far better and much more comfortable than I expected. I am so pleased with it that I may use this as my regular chair. I also think it was very good value for the price.

I bought this for my husband for his birthday after he threw his bulky uncomfortable one out, he loves this one his posture when sitting is much better and hasn't caused him back ache, just the right size for the room,very comfortable,a bit pricey but I guess it's worth the money for the comfort

Attractive, Comfortable & Good Value
I have had the chair for a month and find it to be stylish and comfortable. After sitting on it the cushions seem to stay slightly misshapen for a bit, but do eventually bounce back into shape. The chair remains comfortable however. The chair was reasonably quick and easy to put together, and offers good value. It would be nice if there were a few more colour options.

Nice and good quality chair
This chair is of good quality and easy to assemble. I've been using the chair daily for several months and it's still like new (I'm at the weight limit for this chair), no softening or discoloration. A better price and more comfort than a similar armchair from the big I. Thank you Argos

The seat height on this is 46.5cm. It's not the same height as the back.
