Picure and sound are first class The remote controls are not, it's difficult to lock onto apps and TV channels and frequently drops the station and says something went wrong. ( Not my WiFi )

The picture quality on this tv is far superior to other brands I have purchased in the past. The menu system is far bette also as it gives more options to fine tune, I also went on the advice of a tv engineer who told me that Sony are the most reliable tvs.

We changed our LG tv which was only 8 months old and rubbish back to this Sony which is so much better, quality, sound, value and easier to use. We always have sony but budget was tight so opted for the LG, big mistake. Well done sony
