Hi there,
I can confirm that this watch can be adjusted by extra links being put in or links being taken out.
Thank you for using Q&A.
Hi Alam
Citizen Eco-Drive Men's Gold Plated Bracelet Watch
The 6 months power reserve is the amount of time the watch will operate from a full charge if the watch is not charged by solar light. After this time you will need to charge the watch. As to whether the watch will fit without adjustments this will depend on your wrist size. The maximum wrist size for this watch is 200 mm so if your wrist is smaller you may need links removing.
Thanks for using Q&A.

Hello Cyaneus,
You can adjust the day/date via the winder on the watch.
Hope this helps
Thank you for using Argos Q and A.
I have this watch and will add I damaged my last one when working on building site so this is my second one, just as good as the first one and I just love this watch....What it is...the pull out small winder knob has two segments to it and they are very close together the first segment when you pull it out is like a millimetre a part between the first and the second pull out but you get to know this after doing it a couple times, pull out once for date (if you see hands turning you know you have pulled it out too far) just push it all the way back and try again, once in the first pull out you turn one way for date day and turn the opposite way for the month second pull out for turning the hands/time hope this helps

Thanks for using Argos Q&A
No don't do that, although, it probably would still work but your guarantee would be void
This only means if you were washing your hands whilst your watch was on your wrist and you splashed water over your watch by accident then this watch would still work ok
Lovely watch though
Hi Paxxam,
No and Yes, water resistant means that the watch is able to resist short periods of exposure to water, watches cannot be guaranteed to be fully waterproof and for this reason I would suggest avoiding exposure to water to avoid potential damage
The watch is rated as WR5 which its user guide states:
Water-resistance for daily use (to 5 atmospheres): This type of watch is water-resistant to moderate exposure to water. You may wear the watch while swimming; however, it is not designed for use while skin diving.
This means that it would be a personal choice whether to wear in a shower and to know the potential risks this may have.
Thank you for using Argos Q&A
Hey Chris,
In the Context "Ell Coolio" left the review of "Smooth with the timing groove" it is Jazzy Word play riffing/complimenting the watch's style and accuracy.
The Time is set by pulling the crown out to a second position, the first being used to set the date, this however no reference is made to a timing groove in the documentation.

Thank you for using Argos Q&A
I believe the timing groove you mention here is the winder where when pulled out halfway once into a groove to change date (for day and hour movement) and pull out fully to turn hands on the watch
Hello dotty,

Hello there,
The Citizen Men's Gold Plated Eco-Drive Bracelet Watch keeps very accurate time.
Hope this helps.
The small print
WATCHES-WATER RESISTANT-GENERAL<p>Water resistant. An indication that the watch can withstand reasonable exposure to water, the measure of depth (30m, 50m, 100m, 200m) is an indication of the extent of that resistance, the higher the depth the greater the resistance. The figures are however based on still, cold water, and the resistance performance of the watch may be affected by temperature, movement and other factors.
