Great functions when they work
It's the second one of these that we bought and they do all the things that we want from them - offer on-demand TV, records and stores hundreds of programmes and can record up to 4 at once. However, they both have some annoying faults where things get stuck or functions don't always work. Software issues I assume. However, there is little or no competition that provides the same functions that I could find.

Early days but great so far!
I really missed the features of a set top box since my Old BT box finally became too slow to use. Looking at the “Which” reports this scored highly, not the top as that was exceedingly expensive. So far I’ve been delighted with it, very easy to set up with my Samsung tv. I’ve bought a shelf from Echogear (Amazon) to sit it on. It’s steel, solid and the whole set up looks neat.

Super tv recotder
I bought this to replace my human satellite tv recorder and it has surpassed it with one slight exception and that is that the remote control s a bit clunky with the navigation ring too close to the OK button. A minor annoyance, really.

Bought this as my previous freeview box went kaput. Did some research and found that this model was similar to my previous one regards features. I've used it now for a few weeks and found that it is very easy to use and set up, especially for me who is a technophobe. As someone once said, "it does what it says on the tin".

Great Recorder
This item is fantastic. Easy to use remote control which is extremely important for older people. Clear precise instructions, simply can't go wrong. Also an extremely good price for the quality of recorder. Fits neatly on the shelf under the TV. Highly recommend.

Very good product
Good product, but the user manual is very basic. You have to rely on the on-screen prompts, and it is difficult to use the keyboard aspects with the remote control, as it doesn't guide you into how you are supposed to move on from each section, got there in the end though, although I still have not managed to use the Google voice activation yet as it is not clear on how to do it. All said though it is still a good product and it lets you record more shows at the same time than any other recorder on the market
