Excellent replacement
This machine replaces my V11 animal and is all I expected from Dyson. If it lasts as long as the previous I will be very happy. Have not yet used the free car cleaning kit as there was a delay in arriving but I am sure that will be equally serviceable.

Cons - lacks power for doing tasks like pet hair removal from car upholstery Not great with thin rugs Nearly spot on though i recommend its just not perfect and im picky Great product all in all in the sale

Yes, just 2 screws in the wall. I managed to easily do it in a lunch break. It comes with rawl plugs and screws but I used different ones because I mounted it on plasterboard. No issues so far, it docks easily and charges well.
