Great vacuum but let down by floor tools
Vacuum is excellent but do not know why Dyson do not provide two head for carpet and hard floor. The one head makes a loud noise on hard flooring and doesn’t do a great job in picking up. Also, could they not have a light on the floor heads to help see dust and hair like so of the cheaper heads on the market do?

Bought my Dyson 11 month ago, my Daughter has one and recommended it. Very satisfied with it. Light,easy to handle and manouver in the tightest of places.Powerful suction with 3 settings and have been able to complete the house, a four bedroom detached, with battery to spare. Detaching and emptying the dust cylinder is very simple. The slimline design makes the whole unit so easy to store taking up little space in our underdstairs cupboard. Generally love the convenience of this. So easy to just grab and do a bit of hoovering on the go! Pretty powerful which is great apart from the fact that the roller stops spinning on my none fixed down rugs, even on minimum suction. Yes, just 2 screws in the wall. I managed to easily do it in a lunch break. It comes with rawl plugs and screws but I used different ones because I mounted it on plasterboard. No issues so far, it docks easily and charges well.
