I got this hoover for my mum as it is light weight and empty’s in to the container with the touch of a button and it’s the best hoover iv brought her. It’s so easy to use and assemble. I have even got my self this hoover.

Smart looking
I purchased this hoover because l broke my ankle and wanted something that was ligjt and eady to use. This is the best l have ever purchased and I've had a few. Great suction don't need to empty because it empties itself. I highly recommend this hoover 👌 my son also bought one when he see how brilliant it is.

Good product with some design flaws
Arrived promptly. Vacuum looks quite sleek. It’s fairly lightweight and easy to use. The charging unit doesn’t take up too much space (less than I thought). Good length of guarantee with product. Have found the battery life to be poor. A bar goes down immediately on using. There’s only storage space for one of the attachments on the charging unit, so you have to rest the other on top a bit awkwardly, which seems like a missed opportunity and a design flaw. The vacuum will only charge on the base unit if the largest attachment is on, but not with the smaller attachments. The auto empty function is convenient, but appears a little flimsy, so not convinced we’ll not encounter issues with that mechanism in the future. Have had the other leading brand previously, so in comparison, this has been ok and will take some getting used to.

Light, good suction, self empties.
Happy with purchase, light to use, good suction power, self empties when docked on charging station. Tried to hoover rugs without attachments but doesn't like it as sucks up the rugs so not advisable, not got carpets though so can't provide info on that. Overall I am satisfied with purchase and product so far, doesn't take up too much space either. Can be a little noisy, especially when self emptying. Would recommend.

Good little hoover
Lightweight and easy to set up. Looks smart on the charger and the auto empty is fab. Doesn’t seem to get blocked up as easily as my last cordless shark. Only thing for me is I done 2 small rooms and the battery went down a whole bar whereas the old one held its charge for weeks

Disappointed
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this product less than two years and was amazing at first but i have had to replace the hoose and broke and now the top is not emptying and has come loose and a crack. I use it daily but i don't think it should break so easily. my last shark hoover lasted years.

Love it
I love my cordless shark! We have crawling twins at home and so I vacuum many times a day and our old gtech just couldn’t keep up. The automatic setting means it cleans well over the rug and the wooden floors without needing to adjust anything and the emptying feature means that we don’t need to be constantly taking it to the bin. It took about 3 weeks to half fill the canister. The battery life isn’t amazing but the charging station means it’s constantly ready to go and the different nozzles means that we can reach every area of floor without needing to get the big hoover out and it cleans the stairs beautifully.

The brushroll will not switch on on its own while the vacuum is in the upright position. The brushroll will only activate when you place your foot on the nozzle to disengage the lock.

Inside the box of the Shark Cordless Stick Vacuum with Auto Empty System BU3521UK, you will discover an 8" Duster Crevice Tool.
This unit provides three flexible charging options. It can be charged by positioning the unit on the dock, inserting the charger into the port situated below the handle of the handheld vacuum, or directly charging the battery once it has been removed from the handheld.
Using a bag inside the Auto-Empty base is not advisable, as it could interfere with the proper extraction of dust and debris from the Handvac dust cup into the sealed base of the Auto-Empty dock following every clean.
It is important to note that this model is equipped with a power cord, which means it does not come with removable batteries.
The cord to charge the base of this vacuum is 1.2 meters and can be plugged into any UK standard socket.
