I’ve tried most of the vacuum cleaners around. Well I must say that this is the best one out of them all . The carpets look new, such power. And then when I put it away, it empties itself. What more could you want

Auto empty and charge are great, vacuuming poor :(
The auto empty and charge function is fabulous, so convenient. Unfortunately that is at the expense of the vacuum performance which is poor at best. Takes too long to sense surface changes (5-10 secs) which when the battery life is limited, is too long. Boost mode makes the carpet mode stay on, but is deafening and chews through the battery. My old cordless Shark still vacuums much better so this one is getting returned. So disappointed!

Really poor hoover, really disappointed from shark
This was good for about 2 weeks and from then on was really poor. Have had it a year now. Emailed shark several times over the year telling them it over heats regularly, keeps cutting out and dispute changing the filters regularly the suction is shocking! The battery has started to die now as well and only lasts about 10 minutes before I have to charge it again. Generally a really poor hoover that will just end up being thrown in the bin. Will never get a cordless again

Lifechanging! Almost no maintenance& v lightweight
Life changing. Finally ditched my Dyson for this, and it’s life changing. First of all, I almost never need to empty the bin / touch the dust. We empty the trap once a month if not more, and it’s simple and clean. Secondly, It’s much lighter and easily manoeuvrable than Dyson stick. Thirdly, the anti hair wrap means I never have to manually clean out the hairs from the brush head regularly. I also feel like it picks up long hair (both human and dog) from the carpet so much better/ effective. We hoover the house so much more regularly than before now! Battery is more than enough for a two bedroom flat! Been using it for 4 months now And it is slim, does not take up much space and doesn’t looks too bad!

Accessory storage
Look and performs well but dissapointed only one accessory holder on the main base dock, or am I missing its location. Looking for storage for the small brush. The nozzle accessory has a storage location on the base

Not happy
I have had this model about a year. It was really good to begin with but now it doesn't pick up the smallest bit of debris. I expect the battery isn't going to last very long as it's cordless and a great design that it self empties too. Shame that I cannot seem to get a replacement filter that is close to the motor. I would not buy another one

The unit's base will include its own cable, which you will connect directly to the wall socket.
Inside the box of the Shark Cordless Stick Vacuum with Auto Empty System BU3521UK, you will discover an 8" Duster Crevice Tool.
This unit provides three flexible charging options. It can be charged by positioning the unit on the dock, inserting the charger into the port situated below the handle of the handheld vacuum, or directly charging the battery once it has been removed from the handheld.
Using a bag inside the Auto-Empty base is not advisable, as it could interfere with the proper extraction of dust and debris from the Handvac dust cup into the sealed base of the Auto-Empty dock following every clean.
It is important to note that this model is equipped with a power cord, which means it does not come with removable batteries.
The cord to charge the base of this vacuum is 1.2 meters and can be plugged into any UK standard socket.
