Really poor for the money
Really poor for the money - terrible at stairs, very noisy, battery life is ridiculously short and while better at sucking than my old Dyson it's not great! Should have bought another Dyson.

Disappointed
I have this vacuum for about 6 months now. First month great but very disappointed now. The self empty was an amazing feature but the white small doors where the all dust comes off isn't closing properly after being emptied which means now each time vacuum is loosing suction when vacuuming so we need to keep watch it and make sure we manually close. Qe hard flooring and the vacuum does not pick all the mess and dust from the floor. And when I use the small attachment, to clean stairs as also laminated flooring it drains the battery to minimum between minutes. I wasted my money on this unfortunately. I am a big lover of Ninja and thought will try to use Shark but this was disappointing as vacuum isn't worth the money and not for a long run.

Disappointing
I purchased the BU3521UK in March 2025 and really wish I hadn’t. It’s been incredibly frustrating to use. My home is mostly hard flooring with a few rugs, and the vacuum seems very slow to detect changes in surface type. The battery life is also disappointingly poor. I’m a big fan of Shark products and own several, but I regret getting rid of my corded Shark vacuum for this one.

Amazing Shark vaccum
I bought this Shark hoover recently and I am very pleased with it, it is light to handle and very convenient with the hoover emptying itself into the Tank, plus it's always on charge which is brilliant with its long run time enough to cover all the necessary rooms I need to clean, I would say its amazing and an added bonus is the warranty once registered. I would highly recommend.

Poor battery life
I just bought shark to replace my henry because of heavy weight and wired and bulky . I tried on laminate floor it was great and auto change to high power when go on runner . But this week first time tried on carpet did 7 stairs suction was gone because fluff go around filter manually clean it and start again done in rest of stairs and first room battery finished. I have to charge again for 4/5 hours before i finish the second room. So i am going to return it .

The unit's base will include its own cable, which you will connect directly to the wall socket.
Inside the box of the Shark Cordless Stick Vacuum with Auto Empty System BU3521UK, you will discover an 8" Duster Crevice Tool.
This unit provides three flexible charging options. It can be charged by positioning the unit on the dock, inserting the charger into the port situated below the handle of the handheld vacuum, or directly charging the battery once it has been removed from the handheld.
Using a bag inside the Auto-Empty base is not advisable, as it could interfere with the proper extraction of dust and debris from the Handvac dust cup into the sealed base of the Auto-Empty dock following every clean.
It is important to note that this model is equipped with a power cord, which means it does not come with removable batteries.
The cord to charge the base of this vacuum is 1.2 meters and can be plugged into any UK standard socket.
