Pleased with purchase
The watch is great, I’ve had an eco-drive in the past and hope this one lasts as long as the first one. The downside is, getting the bracelet fitted, you either have to send it to citizen and pay postage or take it to a jeweller and pay.

Our supplier says "If the store is unable to adjust the watch then your customer would either need to send it into our service department or go to a jeweller’s who would do this for them.
Both options would be chargeable
