I have had 2 links removed free by Citizen. The braclet including the watch is approximately 17 cm6.69 inches. It is very loose for me but I preferred it being loose than tight. Should you wish to have additional links, I am sure Citizen will oblige free. You only need to pay for postage both ways. It is a beautiful watch and maintains the time even when you take it off which I do in the night and it remains in total darkness. Hope this helps
