I am happy with this tv. The one thing that let it down is difficulty finding how to tune in digital channels using aerial. No instructions anywhere and was surprised no one else has mentioned this. I found plenty of posts saying go to Settings > All Settings > Channels > Channel Tuning and select Auto Tuning, but this tv doesn't have an all settings option! After 2 hours of frustration I gave up and rang the helpline. Resulted in receiving a text link from them to allow customer service access to my phone camera so he could guide through the process. Really not happy about doing that!!! Not sure why he couldn't just give verbal guidance. So, for anyone who is having the same problem: Settings > Settings > General > Programmes > Programme tuning & settings.

I removed my old bush TV and installed this LG. I lost about 50% of my programmes even after moving my aerial and several re scans. poor remote control, slow to react and poor info menu.
