I bought this as a bedroom tv and very pleased with the picture quality and sound However the remote control design is poor with the buttons crammed together which makes it very easy press the wrong one. A voice control option would solve this problem

You can connect an external hard drive to the TV, we would recommend that this is formatted with FAT 32, exFAT or NTFS file systems provided by Windows OS.
