Great little box
It does what it says on the tin. Up and running in seconds - just plug and play. Great interface, clearly showing live TV and on demand streaming. No recording facilities on this smaller box but everything is on demand anyway. I'd highly reccomend this to anyone.

Hello Ally,
The supplier has advised the following for the Freesat 4K TV Box:
"You do not need to purchase an Ethernet cable to use the Freesat 4K TV Box for watching live TV.
The box will work using your satellite dish connection alone, so you can watch and record Freesat channels without an internet connection.
However, an internet connection (via Wi-Fi or Ethernet) is required if you would like to use on-demand services and apps, such as catch-up TV or YouTube,
If you only plan to watch live Freesat channels, no Ethernet connection is required."
Thank you for using Q&A.
Hello mitch,
I can advise the following for the Freesat 4K TV Box:
It can work with Wi-Fi, however it still needs a satellite connection.
Thanks for using Q & A.
Hi Elsies Mum.
Freesat 4K TV Box:
It is not possible to pause and rewind this TV Box.
Thank you for using Q&A.
Hello Joy.
After checking with our supplier, they have advised for Freesat 4K TV Box.
Yes — a Wideband LNB is compatible with the Freesat 4K recordable boxes (500GB, 1TB, and 2TB models).
If you previously had Sky Q, your dish will almost certainly be fitted with a Wideband LNB, and this setup works perfectly with the Freesat 4K recordable range. Using a Wideband LNB allows the box to make full use of its recording features, including:
Record up to three channels while watching another live, or
Record four channels while watching a previous recording or On Demand content
This applies specifically to the recordable Freesat 4K boxes, not the non‑recordable models, which require a different LNB type.
Thank you for using Q & A.
Hello Noddy,
The supplier has advised the following for the Freesat 4K TV Box:
"No matter which Freesat satellite box you’re using, whether it’s from Humax, Manhattan, Bush, Sagemcom, or Freesat, you will receive the same satellite channels. Freesat provides access to over 100 TV and radio channels, including many in HD, all completely subscription-free.
In regard to Freesat specifically, it is not possible to add additional satellite channels beyond those already provided within the Freesat channel list.
You’ll also have access to some of the UK’s most popular On Demand and Catch Up services, such as BBC iPlayer, ITVX, and YouTube, as well as Pay On Demand services like Netflix and Prime Video. However, the availability of these apps can depend on the specific make and model of the box or TV you are using."
Thank you for using Q&A.
Hello Ivan66,
I can advise the following for the Freesat 4K TV Box:
Apologies, this doesn't have recording capacity.
Thanks for using Q & A.
Hello Tina,
After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Freesat 4K TV Box: The Freesat 4K box can connect to the internet via Wi-Fi, which allows you to access on-demand and streaming services.
However, to watch live Freesat TV channels, you will still need a satellite dish connection.
This means:
Satellite dish connected: Access to all live Freesat TV channels.
Internet: Access to apps, on-demand content, and streaming services.
Thank you for using Q&A.
