Milk Froth is good
We've had the Lavazza for a week and it produces good frothed milk for coffee. We have not tried it for hot chocolate yet. To maintain the non stick longivity it needs rinsing straight after pouring, so that the milk does not build up. The magnetic frother in the plastic former works well as other ones with the raised holder are difficult to clean.

As a ex barista I can tell you that coconut milk works fantastic, as do all vegan milks, particularly soy as it has a low fat content and will produce the best microfoam. Do not listen to anyone telling you you need to drink cows breastmilk, it is not made for human consumption.

Here are some additional steps to ensure your Lavazza 180ml Milk Easy Frother stays in great condition:
Disassemble the Frother: Remove the frothing whisk and lid from the main unit.
Clean the Milk Container: Fill the container with warm water and a few drops of dish soap. Use a soft sponge or cloth to clean the inside. Avoid using abrasive materials that could damage the non-stick coating.

The supplier has advised the following for the Lavazza 180ml Milk Easy Frother:
"The product creates 120ml of frothed milk and 180ml of heated milk. The amount of cups this can fill, will depend on the customers preference of milk to coffee as well as the size of the cup used/type of beverage."
And, for the time it takes: "Provided that the milk is at the correct temperature as instructed in the manual, it should take roughly 1-2 minutes". As it is possible that you could/would make more milk than is required for one drink at at time, it could be faster under certain circumstances.
