About this product
The Dyson V10 Absolute is built for proper deep cleaning, whether you're tackling carpets, hard floors, or pet hair across the house. It runs for up to 60 minutes on a full charge, with three power modes depending on the job, and delivers fade-free suction from start to finish thanks to advanced cyclone technology. The fully-sealed filtration system traps 99.97% of particles as small as 0.3 microns, which is brilliant for anyone with allergies or pets.
The Motorbar cleaner head has polycarbonate vanes that clear wrapped hair automatically. The Fluffy head is gentle on hard floors, with soft nylon for debris and carbon fibre for dust. It converts to handheld in one click and includes a mini motorhead, combination, crevice and reach-under tools. The 0.77l dustbin empties hygienically. Weighing 2.61kg, it's light and charges on a wall dock or separate charger in 3.5 hours. The washable filter and motorised floorhead adjust for carpets and hard floors.

Very good but needs bigger bin
Machine itself is fine but the rubbish bin is just too small. We don’t have a dirty house but I’m finding I’m having to empty the bin after every use, sometimes part way through. Pity the tools off the earlier models don’t fit this one - have loads

Not for me
As a stick vaccuum cleaner, the V10 works very well. Suction is really good & the ease of changing power levels is very useful. Sio why only 3 stars? I can't empty it. Unlike my previous Dyson, the whole stick has to be removed before empting. But I cannot remove the stick. I press the button & pull. Nothing. I simply cannot remove it, I don't have the strength in my little old hands. My husband can remove the stick easily, so it is not faulty. If you have a problem with your hands such as arthritis, I recommend actually trying it out in a shop & not buying online as I did.

Amazing
I have been thinking of getting a new Dyson as I’ve had my previous one for years. I cannot believe how amazing this is and how I definitely needed a new one. The suction is amazing and never thought I’d be going on about a new vacuum

Getting better
Had this model for about a month, and an improvement on my previous Dyson with improved suction. Not tried any of the other attachments yet, and unlikely to use them regularly. I would have thought Dyson would have come up with a better solution when it comes with filter clean and wash due to the 24 hour down time. Perhaps an interchangeable spare might be better or a quick drying filter?

I've had the Dyson Cyclone V10 Absolute for about 1 month and it is everything I'd hoped it would be. Easy to empty and putting the different attachments, with arthritic hands has been relatively easy for me.

Excellent Vacuum with great performance
I bought this a few weeks ago, as my old Dyson upright, after 10+ years really needed replacing. I've always used Dyson, but this is my first 'stick' Dyson. I chose this one as the uprights can be a bit heavy to use, and I am very happy to report that although it's lighter, the suction & performance is just as good as the uprights. It does a fantastic job, especially with all the tool attachments that came with it. Light & easy to use on all floors, stairs etc. Also way easier for vacuuming out my car! No plugging in through a window! I found the runtime to be more than enough for my needs (although max power does drain the power quickly - not that I've ever needed the max option). Obviously the bin is smaller, and therefore it needs emptying more frequently, but that's very simple to do. I love that you can use the docking station, OR simply charge it directly. One thing I would change? An on/off switch rather than a trigger you have to keep depressed whilst using, but that doesn't detract from performance. It would also be nice to have a spare filter included with the purchase (one drying / one in use), but again, they can be purchased separately. I am very happy with my purchase and glad I made the switch to the 'stick' Dyson. I cannot comment on longevity, but I suspect that it will last a long time, as all my previous Dysons have done.
