Excellent security

Bought this product a few weeks ago. I would highly recommend. Easy to set up, great image quality and night vision, with a decent viewing angle. I bought this to replace a failed Google Nest Cam. Much better!

Good camera but not the best
A good camera but the Birds Eye view isn’t great as you can’t get a decent picture. Make sure it’s angled away from the wall or all you see in the night vision is a glow from the camera picking up the wall , this is a problem I’m having still

No, the plug is not designed to be detached from the Spotlight Cam Pro plug-in. The camera comes with a moulded plug on one end and a mains cable moulded into the camera on the other.

Ring products are designed to work with your home wifi network. Your Ring devices will not work with a mobile phone hotspot and do not support Bluetooth.
When it becomes darker, your camera has a default setting so that the lights on the Spotlight Cam Pro Plug In will only turn on for motion events when it's dark. If it's dark outside and your lights aren't turning on you can adjust your motion sensitivity for triggering the lights.

Ring Spotlight Cam Pro Plug In Security Camera- White
On checking I can see this camera has custom Motion Zones up to 9m. Ring devices don't require a Ring Protect subscription plan. Without a subscription, you can view real-time video for Ring doorbells and security cameras and answer doorbell notifications as they happen. However, without a Ring Protect plan, you won't get video recordings of those events.
