Positives: The camera was easy to install and fit on my monitor (although it's a bit bulky). The ring light is powerful and easy to adjust its brightness. The image quality is excellent. Negatives: The autofocus struggled with a virtual background; I had to set it to manual.

Amazing Quality and Great Features
I bought this camera to use for streaming and meetings online. It has been amazing and is so clear! The ring light option is great, I was concerned it would cause some glare on the screen or make it challenging to see the screen but not at all, you don't even notice it. The camera quality is great and re-focuses quickly. There is also a program you can use to adjust the saturation, brightness, etc which enhances my streaming background and helps me look more lively on days where I look a little tired and grey😅Overall, I'm very happy and have no issues with this webcam, would definitely recommend

Works well enough but clamp could be better
Easy to set up and use. Main reason it's a 4 and not a 5 star is the way it sits on top of the screen - it partially obscures the tabs at the top of the screen and is not that easy to adjust into a specific position

Thanks for your query about the Razer Kiyo HD Streaming Webcam.
From the information we have available, the compatibility of the camera is really with the device it's plugged in to rather than the app or system being used. Having checked, only windows PC compatibility is listed (Windows 7 or higher). On this basis, we'd advise that it's not suitable for a Mac device.
Also, we cannot advise on whether it's the camera or potentially an external issue such as the other user's device or connection at the other end that may have been causing the quality issues. Those are factors that changing the camera on your own device may not be able to directly influence.
