Good size but elastic pops off at each corner as you put it on the bed, hold it in place with a peg while you do the other corners then it will stay in place then remove the peg, it worked for me !!!

Mattress protector
Bought the mattress protector 3 weeks ago and have not had a problem with it. It certainly was not the most expensive on the market, but does the job admirably of protecting the mattress. I have not washed it yet, so cannot say whether it will retain it's shape etc. but I do not foresee any likelihood of a problem. It fits the kingsize mattress perfectly and remains in place via the elasticated straps at each corner. A good buy.

Good, comfortable and soft
Good anti allergy purchase. Took a while to adjust straps over corners of deep mattress - much prefer a proper elasticated fitted corner. Having said that all is good, comfortable and soft.

All products in our Anti-Allergy range use AEGIS®-treated fibres, which feature a non-leaching antimicrobial technology.
Unlike conventional treatments, non-leaching means the antimicrobial agent is permanently bonded to the fibre and does not transfer or release chemicals into the environment or onto the skin. This ensures long-lasting protection without compromising safety.
The AEGIS® technology works by attracting micro-organisms to its nanocoating. Upon contact, the coating punctures the cell membrane, effectively neutralising the micro-organism. Because this treatment is fixed to the fibre, it remains active even after frequent washing, offering durable hygiene benefits over time.

This is a mattress protector, so not usually supplied with a depth rating.

Having looked into the Silentnight Anti-Allergy Mattress Protector is not waterproof, so wouldn't be pee safe. The cover is machine washable at 40C, should there be an accident.
The protector does have a 100% polyester microfibre cover. However, the chemicals used to make the cover can still trigger an allergic reaction for people with sensitive skin.

Having checked I can advise this protector is made of 100% polyester microfibre cover with 100% polyester filling so is not water proof but is machine washable at 40C.
