Could be a bad batch
The first one I got, the picture was too dark. Sent it back in exchange for another which was just the same. Got a refund. I have the same T.V. But it is not full HD. The one I ordered was.

Lots of people complain the picture is to dark, well it is as it comes out of the box. However if you change several settings in the menu it can give a superb bright picture. Overall we are very pleased with the TV.

Our supplier has advised that the Samsung 32 Inch QE32Q50AEUXXU Smart Full HD HDR LED TV does not have a built in Freesat tuner but should be able to access the channels.

This can connect to devices over HDMI, it can connect to an aerial and view channels that are in your area. It doesn't have Freeview as the EPG built in as it's uses its own EPG.
