Samsung 32" TV praised for great picture, sound, smart features, and ease of setup. Some users note dark picture initially and limited sound bass. Overall good for small spaces and value for money.

Great 32" QLED TV if space is an issue
Needed 32" size to fit a small space in our office. Great size, picture and sound. 2 remotes is a great feature one with solar charger. Sound could be more bassy but much better than many other cheap TVs. Would highly recommend if space is an issue and the price is affordable.

Great tv with a great picture and sound quality
I purchased this TV a month ago and I am very pleased with it on the whole. Built in freesat and freeview plus smart features and samsung internet tv. It has a great picture and sound quality and nice slim build quality with easy to use functions. After trying a few other brands this Samsung is by far the best 32inch on the market. I am personally living in a caravan so 32inch is the biggest I could go for due to space but the other brands I tried first I ended up taking back for a refund due to poor quality pictures but the Samsung has a nice bright clear to see image. I love the smart remote too once you know how to use it, very sleek and solar charges itself so no battery worries. All in all I have no negatives to say. Great job samsung

Excellent
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful picture for a small screen TV. Looks amazing on my wall in the kitchen. Picture quality is fabulous and for built in speakers sound is good. Smart features are good and all was easy to set up.

A big disappointment.
The picture is poor, too dark and not sharp on resolution. It doesn't come with Freeview which to be fair, it doesn't list in its features, but with Samsung it isn't possible to upload it separately. For the money the product is poor, I've been trying to buy a suitable ariel to get terrestrial channels. I regret buying this product.

Great features and functions.
Brilliant tv, love that you can download a app to use as a remote as we always loose our remotes with young kids. Picture quality is also amazing!

Just what we needed
We needed a new 32" TV for our kitchen. It had to be this size to fit in an existing recess and there aren't many on the market that offer the smart features we wanted. Very little to comment on, except to say that it's worth investing a bit of time in setting up the basics as you want them, such as how to stop it starting up to always show Samsung TV, which needed a bit of on-line research.

Poor quality TV for the price
Really disappointed with this TV. It looks amazing and is very thin, just what I was after. BUT it is preloaded with all sorts of rubbish apps and adverts. The sound is OK, but too deep for my liking and you cannot adjust the levels. The picture is smooth but the colours look out (green tinge) and dark areas are really poor, almost like the brightness is too high although it’s been reduced down to 10%. There’s also a very annoying light bleed around the edges, more noticeable when screen is dark or watching movies. This is not a cheap TV and I expected much better from Samsung, my previous 8 year old 32 inch Samsung which this replaced (backlight failed) was far superior. I will be taking this back for a refund.

Hello there,
Samsung 32 Inch QE32Q50AEUXXU Smart Full HD HDR LED TV
Yes, an aerial is needed for the TV's Freeview and Saorview tuner.
Your BT broadband hub would be used for the smart features and streaming, but it does not replace the aerial for live TV channels.

Hello,
Our supplier has advised that the Samsung 32 Inch QE32Q50AEUXXU Smart Full HD HDR LED TV does not have a built in Freesat tuner but should be able to access the channels.
HbbTV, or Hybrid Broadcast Broadband TV, is an open standard that combines traditional broadcast television with broadband-delivered content on connected smart TVs and set-top boxes. It provides interactive features like video-on-demand (VOD), catch-up TV, and enhanced program guides, bridging the gap between linear TV and online content for a richer user experience. HbbTV uses a single user interface for different sources of content, operating across various broadcasting technologies such as satellite, cable, or terrestrial networks.
