Yes this is correct. Each gap between the shelves is 17.45cms this includes the top gap to top of the handle so 3 in total. This would tally to just over 52cms leaving 18cms for all 3 storage compartments. Overall height is 70cms

"Yes, it is not waterproof product, it can be used in a bathroom but should not get in direct touch with water." They advise also that you should not keep it in the bathroom when it's not in use.
