Thought this would be good and it was terrible
I bought this tumble dryer thinking it would be good as my last one was also a hoover and it was great. However this was not the case! This tumble dryer is absolutely rubbish! I recieved this on the friday, used it on the saturday and sunday and instantly asked to return it on the monday! It took 5 hours to dry 5 towels (2 hand and 3 bath) and the 4 and half hours to dry a small load of washing 🙈 Ive replaced it now with a candy which is much better 🙂

Heat pump
Brought this heat pump dryer it is taking a while to get use to which program to put mixed washing on.But overall it does dry your clothes, and you don't have any condensation. Filter easy to clean and water tank easy to empty.

Amazing dryer
Was wary at 1st about heat pump but now so glad I did. Drys as fast as old dryer and so much cheaper to run. Hardly notice smart meter move unlike old condenser dryer. Already saved money and what is all about these days. I like the app so now have favs set for dryer as well as washer. Quiet efficient and cheaper to run. Happy I purchased and already seen savings.

The real duration of drying cycle depends by the starting humidity level of the laundry due to spin speed, type and amount of load. I can see on the xxl program of 6kgs of washing it can take 220 minutes.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Hoover NDE H9A2TCE 80 9KG Heat Pump Tumble Dryer
We do not recommend for this appliance to go in the garage as when the temperature drops it effects the sensors in the dryer and it could stop working.

I can confirm that the ambient temperature for this dryer should not fall below 5 degrees or exceed 35 degrees. This would not be suitable for a shed.
