Most household stains can be removed simply by using a little water. Knowing pets are part of the family it’s important the sofa works for all of you. That’s why our Aquaclean® Chenille is a top choice for keeping your sofa clean and fresh. Having stain resistant & release technology built into the fabric means you can wipe away muddy paw marks and eliminate pet odours with just water. If you have a very difficult stain please add a little washing up liquid to the water to help ease the stain out. 

The fabric incorporates: 

1. Stain repellent - this is where the stain will sit on top of the fabric and you can easily wipe it off. 
2. Stain release - unlike other easycare products Aquaclean also incorporates a stain release technology, so that it does alter if the stain gets into the fabric and how long it is there, it will still clean off, using just water.

Our made to order furniture service means you can choose from different options, such as fabric, size and shape to create a beautiful bespoke piece of furniture. Because this piece is made just for you, you might notice the delivery time is a little longer than usual. Discover below the journey your made to order sofa goes on, from purchasing to placing in your home.

Our delivery crew will contact you 1 hour before delivery to check that you are still available. If for any reason you are not available, we will rebook a delivery for a later date. 

We’ll deliver your orders using a large van. If you feel that there may be any issues that will restrict our access, please tell our Customer Services team when they contact you about booking a delivery slot. On the day of delivery, our crew will also contact you 1 hour before delivery to assess any issues. Usually, our crew is able to navigate many road issues, but we may potentially need to rebook the delivery on a smaller vehicle in some situations.  

Our delivery crew are not able to take away your old furniture, should you want it removed. You'll be able to book a furniture removal service at a competitive price, through a third-party company called Clearabee. Clearabee is here to help you dispose of unwanted furniture responsibly, because it's better for our planet, find out more here.

Our delivery service includes unpacking your new items, assembling them where needed and then removing any excess packaging at no extra cost. We do this especially for large items or orders with multiple pieces. If for any reason you would want to return your item, then you can choose to keep the packaging.  

No, your item will arrive assembled and packaged, without the legs attached, and may arrive in multiple packages depending on its size and composition. We will attach the legs should you require it. 

Just like Christmas Day, or the new season of your favourite show, our made to order sofas are worth waiting for. They’re carefully made just for you, which is why you might notice the delivery time is a little longer than usual. And when you sit back and relax for the first time, you’ll realise that good things really do come to those that wait.

If you want to return your made to order product once it's been successfully delivered, a non-refundable charge of £25 will be applied, unless the product is faulty.

Yes, we would always recommend ordering swatches to see the fabrics in your own home and to find your perfect match. You can order up to 5 fabric swatches, head to your chosen sofa where you will see an option to request a fabric swatch.

It is free to order fabric swatches and this includes free delivery.
