“ We can do a paw print or an initial. But it will not allow you to fit both on this pendant. ”

Our supplier says "in this case the heart has our brand engraved on one of the sides.



So that means that the 2 engravings would end up on the same side as our brand name"

Therefore it is not recommended

I can confirm the engraving service is only offered for 1 side however it would be possible to have the second side engraved independently.

I have spoken to the supplier who have advised as follows.
If the customer places the order tomorrow or during the weekend the item will be sent out on Monday. Normally if the client places an order on Monday for example, the item gets sent next day.

Please note that for an engravable item, the customer needs always to send an email with engraving instructions or requesting it to be plain(no engraving)
