Remove the lid, and away you go. With variable temperatures from 160-190 degrees, you can cook everything from chicken and fish to chips and battered veg. Made from stainless steel with a 3-litre oil capacity for 600g food, it's perfect for families.
And with a removable lid and bowl compartments, it nice and easy to clean after use.

The supplier has advised the following for the Cookworks XJ-10302 Semi Professional Deep Fat Fryer:
The Manufacturer advises to not fill past the maximum 3 Litre level or below the minimum 2.5 Litre level marked inside the oil tank. 1.5 litres would not be enough in this case.

I would say No if you want to cook for 4 people in one go , but yes if you do 2x2 .
