Good blender for soup and smoothies
Does the job for soup, okay for smoothies but more versatile than a smoothie maker as can do both

Great little blender
Does exactly what it should at great value price. The jug is glass and therefore fairly heavy, but in my opinion will last much better than a plastic one. The blade is removable which makes for much easier and safer cleaning.

Very good product
Bought this blender for my gf as a Christmas present and she is very happy with it. It's not an advanced model with multiple options/settings but does the job perfectly with no issues. The glass jug is a plus.

Good value for money
A little under powered compared to my previous blender which finally gave up the ghost after 20 years. However it seems to do the job ok and is good for the price.

Sturdy Item
A sturdy quality item, easy to use. Sucker feet for stability. My last blender was from the 70’s! Progress at it’s best.

I bought this blender a month ago. I really like the price-quality ratio. And the most important plus is that the blender has a glass jug.

Smoother than smooth smoothies!
I needed a blender last minute as the one I had had burnt out. This was on sale and I noticed it had good reviews and, unlike my previous plastic one, it had a glass jug. It was so easy to set up, minimal amount of functions producing optimal results, ideal for my needs and my appreciation of keeping it simple. It’s a 2l jug too so it’s larger than most which is brilliant 🤩 I read people saying it’s too heavy, but if you order a 2l glass jug I’m not sure why you wouldn’t have expected it to be weightier than plastic? 🤷🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️ Anyway it’s a fair trade off as glass is better for your health. Blends everything I’ve put in it to the smoothest consistency you want it as it has a pulse function as well as continuous. It’s fast and easy to clean, which for me is essential in order for me to use anything more than once! Good quality, glass jug, smoother than smooth smoothies, excellent value for money, what’s not to love! 😍

Good quality
Its looks really good quality but will have to return as there was no lid in the box. Just hope it is still in stock as my reason for choosing this model was the glass jug

Yes you can blend fresh peppers and tomatoes with this blender.
We would not recommend using this for biscuits for cheesecake bases. We would recommend using a food processor or the perfect mix blender.
Hi, this product is able to puree.
The glass jug is approximately 4/4.5 pounds.

Hello.
Yes, the Blendforce II 1.75L Glass Jug Blender can blend frozen fruit.
Thank you for using Q&A
Hi, we can confirm that you do not have to hold the lid down during blending.
Hello KS,
The supplier has advised the following for the Tefal Blendforce II 1.75L Glass Jug Blender:
The product is not a soup maker and is not a blender for boiling liquids above 80 degrees centigrade. So, whilst it’s not suitable for making soups, it can take hot liquids in as long as they’re below 80 degrees centigrade. The supplier says that they would never recommend that a consumer place liquid that is above 80 degrees.

Hi Victoria
Tefal Blendforce II 1.75L Glass Jug Blender
As this answer has come directly from the supplier it would be correct that it is not recommended to use anything hot in this mixer. If you wanted to make soup it would need blending before heating.
Thanks for using Q&A.
