About this product
Make hearty meals with minimal effort using the Morphy Richards Evoke 3.5 L Sear and Stew Slow Cooker in black. The aluminium pot works directly on electric, petrol, halogen and ceramic hobs before transferring to the slow cooker base - letting you brown meat and vegetables before slow cooking in the same pot. With three heat settings, you can control cooking time and texture for a variety of slow-cooked meals.
The 3.5 L capacity serves 3-4 people, while the non-stick coating prevents food sticking and makes cleaning easy. Monitor cooking through the toughened glass lid, then place pot and lid in the dishwasher. Includes a 2-year manufacturer's guarantee for reliable use.

Pleased so far with it!
I bought this nearly a month ago but have only used it twice and need to tweak the recipes a bit. However, I felt it was reasonably priced compared to other ones. The included recipe book was most welcome. My disappointment is that the inner bowl cannot be used on an induction hob.

Great product and results
I bought this a few weeks ago, the run up to Christmas was the perfect chance to try it out as busy with visitors. Its a great size and so easy to use, simple instructions and easy to clean. It was lovely to just leave the casserole cooking whilst I joined in the conversations I so often missed as cooking

Lighter model to use.
Recent purchase but looking good do far. Will be interesting how the lighter metal bowl compares with our old ceramic one. Certainly the whole thing is a little lighter to use and move. Fingers crossed we will be as pleased as we were with the old model. Can only put 4* on performance as it's just cooking the first meal! Lol

Hi Cat,
The Morphy Richards Evoke 6.5L Sear and Stew Slow Cooker has dimensions of approximately H25.3 x W29.5 x D44.8 cm.
Given that an average leg of lamb measures around 30 to 35 cm in length, it should fit comfortably in this larger slow cooker without needing to be cut.

Hi Silver surfer,
Yes, you can cook a joint without adding extra liquid in the Morphy Richards Evoke 3.5L Sear and Stew Slow Cooker. The key is to choose a cut of meat with enough fat and connective tissue, such as a chuck roast, brisket, or pork shoulder. These cuts will release their own juices as they cook, which helps keep the meat moist.

No but there is a nice electric rice cooker with steamer function available I have one.
