Right after the first few uses, I noticed my skin felt softer and more refreshed, and now I’m starting to see a healthy glow coming through. It’s still early, so I know the full benefits will take more time, but even in this short period it feels like my skin texture is slowly improving and I notice more evenness in my skin tone (main thing).it also offers gentle vibration massage on the face and scalp for enhanced relaxation.blue light therapy fight against acne causing bacteria.I don’t have any acne that’s y I m using only red light therapy.this LED mask is very easy to use I don’t feel tied down while using it. I absolutely love the benefits for red light therapy and this has different light modes and it also vibrates too! It has 3 different vibration modes (you can turn it off if you don’t want it) which is so relaxing. It feels really well made and is lightweight.

Amazing and effective red light therapy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was delighted to try this red and blue light mask! Therabody has such a great reputation, and this mask truly lives up to that standard. It’s really simple to use and set up, and it only takes about 12 minutes. It’s quite comfortable with the straps behind and over the head. There is a wonderful, customizable vibration setting you can use on its own or with the lights. Or not at all. There are 3 light settings which you can use all together as one treatment, or individually- 2 red light and one blue light. After 2 weeks of regular use, I found a reduction in acne scarring and overall skin tone— I highly recommend this mask, I love it! My young teen also began using it every night and he loves it as well for acne.

Absolutely amazing gadget

It’s super comfortable to wear, easy to use, and the modes switch smoothly with buttons on the sides. The strap attachments also work as a massager, which is such a clever design. It charges quickly, and one charge lasts me about an hour. The protective goggles are built right into the mask, and I like using it right after applying my serum and cream. I’m so happy to own this gadget, it’s truly worth it!
