Good little bundle for the money!
Got exactly what I wanted after checking through a number of different Laptop options at this price. Happy with the build quality, performance and screen. It's extremely quiet and efficient due to the processor type and the extra's of the bag and mouse are added benefits.

Operating System Issue
Bought this however have to return it within a week due to following issue which are of serious concern scrutinizing consumer Privacy : 1 : I have bought it brand new however Operating System does not recognize me as an admin of this pc and doesn’t not permit any functionality that requires admin level authorization. How this is possible when I was the only buyer of this PC? 2 : Folder exist on hard drive that I have never created even some of the folder marked as Public and system does not allow me to delete them or modified..! Is that means the hard drive partition was already had these folders and admin set up prior to selling this of to me ? In that scenario how my privacy is protected and data is compromised when I bought this PC and use it .? 3 : And finally Operating System got locked up itself upon trying to modified the existing folder which I have never created Thanks to Argos for accepting the return straight away and refund.

Great laptop, terrible service
The product is excellent and I am very happy with it. The 3 star rating is for Argos. I ordered the laptop for collection on the Saturday 0900hrs. It was a present for my daughters birthday. I then got an email saying it would arrive for collection at some point in the next week. Had I know, this, I would not have ordered the laptop from Argos.

Excellent Value
I bought this 2 weeks ago to replace an old laptop(Windows10) which had become very slow. The start up time on this Lenovo was excellent the quality and build was good at an excellent price, The battery lasts well and charges quickly, the display is good perfect for the everyday tasks. The laptop bag was a good bonus perfect for traveling around with.

Perfect home laptop
Easy to order online and collect from my local store. The laptop does exactly what I need- I did not purchase Microsoft 365 as using the Google versions. Very good value for money and perfect as a home computer. The 16gb RAM makes it that little bit better for bigger tasks

Disappointed with lack of support!
I purchased just over a week ago. There were no start up instructions and so far I have managed to get into the bios a nd set the time and date. I then went in to startup set the country and language. The next page recognised my WiFi but I could not set it so could not load the rest of window 11. I have tried turning off my modem but this has failed. My tablet which is also WiFi works well.

The Lenovo Slim 3x 15.3in Snapdragon 16GB 512GB Laptop Bundle only comes with Windows 11 OS and 30 day trial of McAfee LiveSafe.
Microsoft 365 - Office is not included in the bundle.
365 can be purchased separately but you will need to subscribe each year to continue using the software.
