Excellent stabiliser
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely brilliant gimbal – makes my videos look professional instantly I bought the DJI Osmo Mobile 8 from Argos and I’m genuinely impressed. I work part-time and also create YouTube videos, so I needed something reliable to make my phone footage look smooth and cinematic — and this gimbal delivers. Setup was quick and easy. The magnetic phone clamp is very strong and it connects to the DJI app within minutes. The gimbal balances well and feels premium in the hand. I’ve used it both indoors and outdoors and the stabilisation is excellent — walking shots look smooth and steady, almost like a professional camera. The ActiveTrack feature is the highlight for me. It follows my face accurately while I record, so I can film myself without anyone’s help. Great for vlogging, gym videos, tutorials and family moments. The controls are simple, and I really like the joystick because it makes pans and movements look very clean. Battery life is also strong — I’ve used it for multiple sessions without needing to recharge. It folds up nicely and fits in my bag, so it’s perfect for travelling or recording on the go. Overall, it’s one of the best tech purchases I’ve made. If you want to upgrade your phone videos for TikTok, Instagram or YouTube, this is 100% worth it. Argos delivery was fast and hassle-free too. Perfect gimbal for those who are using smartphones, settings are easy (it’s worth getting them looked as it does more than what I originally thought within the controllers, such as double and triple clicks for tracking, rotations etc)
