Customers Say
The Ninja Creami Swirl makes creamy, customizable ice cream with many flavor options. It’s easy to use and clean but noisy and requires pre-freezing. Great for families and healthy recipes, though some find it bulky and tricky to clean.

Worst purchase in a while!
Alright, we managed to get it to work finally! Not worth the price and a fuff to clean, especially for busy people with enough of washing up as it is already. Should not be this much trouble to get 2 icecream cones. Otherwise nice texture of the icecream. I bought it for dietary reasons as I want to make my own healthier high protein and low fat and carb option. We will see how it goes.

Soft Scoop Ice Cream
Absolutely the best. No more hunting down the Whippy Van!

Best invention ever!
I brought this product at the start of january! As someone who’s always been addicted to icecream but still on the slimmer side it’s allowed me to create a protein icecream each night which is consistent, creamy and tastes better than icecream! It’s the BEST invention ever! It’s so easy to clean up and use each night but mixture and bits tend to get stuck in the mixer top, in the white part which helps to insert the blade. otherwise its great!

Love this was making ice cream for us and the neighbours during the hot weather they all loved it as well - a lovely piece of kit and an fettingvtgexalush puppi machine next

Icreami
My main concerns when buying this would be the quality of the ice cream it produced. I have to say it doesn’t disappoint. It’s not the most intuitive machine I’ve used but it’s well designed and once you know what your doing, it’s relatively easy to use and to clean. Each process makes circa 500ml and you get two pots with the machine, you may want to order 2 additional ones, as you need to freeze the base for 24hours prior to finishing the ice cream with flavours. Therefor 2 pots with belayer and 2 pots with the finished article would work better. I highly recommend the Icreami.

You can use pre-packed, ready-made ice cream in your NC701UK. Simply fill the pint with 2 cups of store-bought ice cream, then process the pint using the RE-SPIN function. This allows you to enjoy soft serve using your favourite pre-made mix. For best results, always process your pint before dispensing.
Yes, the CREAMi Scoop & Swirl comes with a 2-year warranty.
Yes, the Ninja CREAMi Scoop & Swirl makes frozen yogurt two ways; Soft Serve for a lighter, ready-to-dispense texture, or Scoop for a firmer, denser result. Use full‑fat, sweetened yogurt and freeze the base for at least 24 hours before processing for best results.
Yes, you can make reduced sugar recipes in the Ninja CREAMi Swirl by using sugar substitutes like agave, nectar, and alternative thickeners if needed. Always use the LITE ICE CREAM program when using any sugar substitutes. Results may vary, as sugar affects texture and freezing.
The Ninja NC701UK is designed primarily for frozen desserts like ice cream, gelato, sorbet, frozen yoghurt, milkshakes, and soft‑serve, and it doesn't have a Smoothie option.
No, it doesn't have a refrigerator, and the mix has to stay in the freezer for 24 hours before use.
Depending on the bundle, the Ninja Swirl comes with 2 or 4 480ml tubes.
The Swirl's dimensions are as follows, Darren: H: 44.5cm x W: 38.5cm x D: 25.5cm.
Yes, the NC701UK can make ice cream with goat milk. The Swirl processes dairy and dairy alternative bases into ice cream or soft serve. Freeze the base in the Swirl pint for at least 24 hours, then run Ice Cream or Soft Serve. For best texture use a full fat base with added sugar as guided for similar dairy recipes.
Yes, you can make a coffee style frappe using the Milkshake program. For a quick version add scoops of coffee ice cream and milk to the Swirl Tub, then run Milkshake. The unit can also process a frozen coffee base after you freeze it in the tub for at least 24 hours, then run Milkshake to thin to a sippable texture. It is not a blender and cannot crush ice cubes or make smoothies from ice and liquid. For a classic iced coffee frappe with ice use a Ninja blender instead.
