Great hardware, if there's enough games you'd play
Great piece of kit. Was worried about the screen, coming from the OLD switch but it still looks great in handheld mode. The extra size and resolution makes a huge difference too, and the recent update to play Switch 1 games in 'TV' mode in handheld (ie, full performance in resolution / frame rate) came at the perfect time for me. The build quality is fantastic, the new magnetic mechanism for the joycon connection is very satisfying. Switch 2 games look beautiful on my 4k TV. Porting my account and profile from switch 1 was very painless, the interface was very intuitive and connectivity between the devices was very quick. Works with my old Pro controller, except it can't be turned on / woken by it which is a tiny annoyance. Mario Kart World is fun - good, not exceptional. If Donkey Kong is the type of game that appeals to you I'd highly recommend that.

Haven't really put this down much in my spare time. Playing both on the TV and handheld. I highly recommend subscribing to the Nintendo extension service to access a big library of classic games.
