Broadband Stability, Channels and Barcode Sticker
I bought this TV for my kitchen where the aerial socket doesn't work and to try how well Freely works using the broadband as a trial for other rooms in the house. Just like a normal TV, you have to tune the Freely channels. Initially I couldn't get the Freely to work at all - the message came up that the digital channels could not be found. The menu is also unclear about which option to take to tune Freely. After a youtube search I found out how to do this but when I switched the TV on again, the channels were already there. You therefore need to be patient as it takes a while for the channels to load, particularly if the TV has been switched off from the mains. Our broadband can be unstable, but Freely seems to be more susceptible to this as I could stream on catch up or Netflix (you need to set each one up from your individual accounts) but the TV lost the channel. The TV is particularly susceptible when the microwave is on (mine isn't that old but they all leak microwaves). The TV itself is fine - the remote is clear and the picture is good. The menu is easy to navigate. My only beef is that there was a barcode sticker on the screen. I have been able to get the face of the sticker off but it has left clear glue marks behind which are very apparent when the TV is off.

Great value TV, Recommended
My TV broke, so of course I turned to Argos. My daughter took control, reading reviews and knowing exactly what I needed. This was a great price and the size is just right. I managed to attach the stand and set everything up all on my own. It has most channels on the remote. For Now TV, Discovery plus & WOW tv I just chromecast from my phone. Really happy wish my TV had broke ages ago.

Bought this to replace a similar model of 5.5years. Delighted with previous so went for updated version and not at all disappointed. Moreover the centre stand is so much better than the common, flimsy 2 legs . So easy to assemble and start-up. On the whole...delighted.

Smart TV once you get passed installation.
The product information explains how to attach it to a wall mounting bracket which isn’t supplied but doesn’t explain how to attach the stand, which is supplied, to the TV. The screen has a sticker on it which doesn’t peel off easily and leaves sticky residue, the remote appears not to have a one-click button for subtitles on/off.
