Hello, from the information we have available, yes a remote is needed for most of the functions on this Bush 43 Inch 43FT25CB Smart FHD HDR LED TiVo Freely TV. You don’t need an aerial if you connect this TV to the internet. You can call our Technical Support Team on 0345 604 0105 for assistance with the installation of this TV over the phone. The Bush 43 Inch 43FT25CB Smart FHD HDR LED TiVo Freely TV comes with a remote; An aerial is not required for this TV; We don't currently offer installation for Televisions, but the TV comes with comprehensive set up and operational instructions.
